FROM THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC

• Most orders require 1 to 3 business days to process from the time of purchase.
• Delivery time varies depending on the shipping company you choose: Caribe Tours (2 – 12 hrs) ; Metro Pac (12 – 36 hrs). *Specify on the Note To Seller your favorite office to receive your items.
• When your order ships we’ll send you an email confirmation with the tracking number.
• Once an order ships it can not be modified or canceled.
• Customers must present their ID with the same name as the order when picking up the package.​

• We have two courier options for your convenience, DHL Express for a fast 2 to 5 days delivery and the Local Postal Service which variates depending on your location.
• DHL Express do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

• If you choose the Local Postal Service option, your tracking number may take some days to display information until the package arrives at your local post office.
• We are not responsible for international custom fees.
